21 August 2005 -- This is a free service available to any project or organisation (non-commercial) in the Southeast Asia region with an interest in the sustainable management of international waters, including marine, coastal and freshwater ecosystems. This includes not only projects and organisations that directly focus on aquatic resources, but also those that are connected in any way to the sustainability of international water resources (e.g., catchment management, climate change).
