                   <description>In line with the activities leading to the EAS Congress 2009, an East Asia region wide photo contest with the theme, “The Coast, The Ocean, My Community” will run from 15 July 2008 to 31 December 2008. The photo contest has three categories -- Youth, Hobbyist and Professional -- and will emphasize the importance of turning knowledge and concern about the coastal and marine environment into actions.</description>
