Programme DirectorÂ
The Programme Director, working under the guidance of the EAS Partnership Council and its Executive Committee, GEF and UNDP, and with the collaboration of member countries in the region, has a primary responsibility to providing leadership for the smooth and effective transitioning of PEMSEA into a country-owned, regional coordinating mechanism for the implementation of the SDS-SEA.
Programme Officer, Learning CenterÂ
Under the guidance of the Executive Director and direct supervision of the Chief Technical Officer for PRF Technical Services, the Programme Officer (Learning Center) is responsible for initiatives to mainstream and institutionalize learning and information-sharing mechanisms with the SDS-SEA network e.g. EAS Partnership Council, Executing and Funding Agencies, member countries, strategic partners and collaborators and other groups concerned with ocean development in the region. The Programme Officer (Learning Center) leads the prime support team of the SDS-SEA PRF Technical Services in developing Intellectual capital and human resources in the region.
Programme Officer for Partnership ApplicationsÂ
Under the general supervision of the Executive Director and the direct guidance of the Chief Technical Officer, PRF Technical Services, the Programme Officer for Partnership Applications will play an important role in the effective implementation of the Strategic Partnership among countries in the region.
