UNEP Evaluation and Oversight Unit is seeking for a consultant to do a terminal evaluation of the International waters learning exchange and resource network (iw:learn) project. The evaluator should be an international expert in transboundary waters management or conservation with a sound understanding of international waters issues. He/She should have (i) experience with management and implementation of knowledge management projects and in particular projects targeted at facilitating learning and information sharing amongst practitioners; (ii) experience with project evaluation. Knowledge of UNEP and UNDP programmes and GEF activities is desirable. Fluency in oral and written English is a must. If interested please contact or send CV to
