Dear IW:LEARN Beneficiaries, Partners and Friends,
As the implementation phase of the UNDP portion of GEF IW:LEARN draws to
a close this season, our terminal evaluator, Dr. Philip Tortell
> has just
completed his *UNDP-GEF IW:LEARN Draft Terminal Evaluation Report (TER)
*for our project. With his consent, I have now posted this draft to the
Terminal Evaluation folder of our Web site (http://www.iwlearn.net/te)
for your review and, if so moved, feedback to Dr. Tortell.
In the interest of expeditious TER finalization, he has requested that
any such *feedback be emailed to him no later than Monday, 21 October
2008.* The UNOPS IW:LEARN PCU (Janot, Mish and myself) will be posting
our consolidated feedback to him by then. If all goes well, we'll also
provide the GEF with our formal management response to the final TER in
approximately 1 month's time.*
Thank you in advance for your review and feedback to Dr. Tortell. We all
value your insights and contributions towards assessing our value to and
impact upon the GEF IW community.
