• The overwhelming majority of IWC4 participants see the GEF IWC as a valuable forum for networking and sharing lessons and experiences with peers, and for intra-portfolio learning on successful innovations and key management areas.

• Recommendations for building on the new participative learning format to improve future IWCs include: more guidance and tutoring for presenters, striking proper balance in getting broad participation and strong technical content and depth.
