Nutrient Reduction Community of Practice

This page anchors the Nutrient Reduction Community of Practice. The GEF has actively financed a series of projects and initiatives targeting the impact of nutrient pollution (in particular nitrogen) on water resources. The biggest portfolio in this area is the World Bank Nutrient Reduction Investment Fund, part of the Black Sea - Danube Strategic Partnership, but also includes the new project on the impact of Global Nitrogen, as well as other activities. On this page, users can find links to contacts, projects and activities, related conference proceedings and other information related to global and regional attempts to reduce the impact of nutrient pollution on water resources.
