I am a Civil Engineer specialized in Water Engineering while my Masters and PhD are in Irrigation and Water Quality respectively. My work experience is basically in applied research and project management related to water resources quantity and quality management and its linkages to human development. Work with UNDP has further broadened the scope of my experience to include sustainable development and global environmental issues.
