Working with the Blog

Goto your Blog and add a 'weblog entry':

• The next screen (see picture below) will informyou that your entry has been created.
  
• Fill in the required fields.

Title is the title of your blogentry,

Excerpt (a short summary that also serves as metadata) ,

Entry Text (the actual blog entry).  The entry text can be edited and formated easily with the editor.

You may safely ignore the Short Name field, plone will generate a shortname from the title.

Scroll down to save the entry. Please do not select any Keywords or enter New Keywords as the current version of Quills has a incompatibility  that prevents it from saving entries with keywords. Select if you want to allow discussion on his entry.

After you saved your entry it has to be published to show up in the Blog. Select publish from the state menu to make your blog entry visible to the public.
