- Danube Capacity - Project Implementation Plan
- The Project Implementation Plan (PIP) is based on the official UNDP/GEF Danube Regional Project Document. It incorporates the substantive guidance of the Inception Workshop as well as inputs from the UNDP/GEF Project Staff and the ICPDR Secretariat, needed to fill any gaps, clarify inconsistencies, and to meet UNOPS/UNDP/GEF implementation requirements. The PIP lays out the details for carrying out Phase 1 of the Danube Regional Project (2002-2003) and should thereby serve as the guide to all relevant project stakeholders for project implementation. The exact course of implementation for some project activities will be determined during the coming months based on the results of linked activities, the availability of external inputs etc.
