The Symposium will use current scientific knowledge about nutrients and lakes, along with proposed freshwater management policy to examine how farming and ecology can be balanced. European and New Zealand perspectives on nutrient management, the dairying perspective, policy proposals and the national and regional economic effects of change provide the framework for presentations and discussions.
