The Xiamen Story
The Xiamen Story proudly tells the tale of a medium-size coastal island's successful transformation from a relatively degraded coastal environment due to rapid human development into a beautiful city with a thriving economy and flourishing natural resources. This 25-minute video aims to mirror the triumphs of Xiamen City and its people in implementing Integrated Coastal Management and the key success factors that have paved the way for economic growth, social development and environmental sustainability.
