This Publication brings together 29 technical and operational instruments developed by, or applicable to, GEF IW projects. Compendium of Tools Ranging from decision-making support, assessment, and policy tools to capacity development, data analysis and information management, financing, and knowledge management and communication tools, these tools represent the collective GEF IW:LEARN experience, innovation, and learning of the IW community.
