Towards Ecosystem Based Management of the Humboldt Current Large Marine Ecosystem (HCLME) - Strategic Action Program (SAP)
June 2016 The Strategic Action Program (SAP) is a political document aimed at guiding action. It is part of the process that attempts to define and agree on the implementation of responses to the transzonal problems and the common problem identified in the TEDA for the HCLME. The SAP purpose is to advance towards a sustainable use of the HCLME goods and services by managing and preserving natural resources within a coordinated action framework among the two countries to guarantee the fulfillment and permanent satisfaction of human needs for current and future generations.
