(GEF IW Governance Project) In Depth Case Study of the Columbia River Basin

This case study on the Columbia River Basin is one of a series that has been prepared as part of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Good Practices and Portfolio Learning in GEF Transboundary Freshwater and Marine Legal and Institutional Frameworks Project International Waters Governance project. The objective of these case studies is to provide insight into how these agreements were negotiated and how well they are working. Each case study has been peer reviewed by one or more experts with direct knowledge of the agreement being analyzed.
