Strategic Action Plan for the Rehabilitation and Protection of the Black Sea (1996)

Under this Strategic Action Plan the Governments of Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, the Russian Federation, Turkey, and Ukraine reaffirmed their commitment to agree on the principles, policies and actions governing the rehabilitation and protection of the Black Sea ecosystem and the sustainable development of its resources. Dated 30 -31 October 1996.
