Strategic Action Plan (SAP) for the Environmental Protection and Rehabilitation of the Black Sea (2009)
This document represents an agreement between the six Black Sea Coastal states (Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, the Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine) to act in concert to assist in the continued recovery of the Black Sea.
