PTS Russian North-Terminal Evaluation

This terminal evaluation was conducted as an in-depth evaluation using a participatory approach whereby the UNEP/DGEF Task Manager, key representatives of the executing agencies and other relevant staff were kept informed and regularly consulted throughout the evaluation..
