Working Paper 9 - Strengthening Capacity in Calarasi Judet for Soil and Water Quality Monitoring

The project is designed as a pilot activity in the Calarasi county in the southern part of Romania and, if successful, will be replicated at similar sites in Romania resulting in substantial benefits to the Romanian surface and ground waters and the Black Sea.
