Progress report 1

The Grant Agreement, with the value of 4 million DST, between the Government of Romania, represented by the Ministry of Public Finance and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, acting as an Implementing Agency for the Global Environment Facility was signed on January 16, 2002 at Bucharest and was ratified through the Government Ordinance nr. 19 of March 4, 2002.
