Development of Operative Regulations of Activities of Qualification and Institutional Reinforcement for Guarani

As well, one participated in the development of the Factory envelope of development of management strategies and qualification of managers, realised in Foz de Iguazú, between days 11 and of 12 December next past. In this Factory a Preliminary Report appeared, which was analyzed by the different participants, who raised suggestions, that later took shelter in this Closing report.
