Development and Implementation of Investment Opportunities in the East Asian Seas Region: Project Proposal

The objective of the proposed project is to develop investment opportunities at PEMSEA sites for the purpose of: a) establishing the economic viability and appropriate financing mechanisms for the initiatives; b) promoting and forging sustainable partnerships between the public and private sectors to develop and manage the capital investments.
