Establishment of a Self- Sustaining Environmental Investment Service in the East Asian Seas Region: Project Proposal

The objectives of the proposed project are: 1. To establish a regional “environmental investment fund”, as a source of contingent loans, grants or loan guarantees for PPP financed environmental projects in the region; and 2. To set up and operationalize a self-sustaining environmental investment center.
