Towards a Convention and Action Programme for the Protection of the Caspian Sea Environment: Concept Paper

The primary objective of this GEF bridging project is consolidation and preliminary implementation of the SAP of the Caspian Sea, including filling of gaps in information and developing capacity in the region for project execution.
