Project objective: Development of a methodology with technical applications, through the Flood and Drought Portal (www.flooddroughtmonitor.com) to incorporate impacts of climatic variability and change in particular floods and droughts into basin planning processes, including TDA/SAP and IWRM at the basin level and Water Safety Planning (WSP) at the local level.
