We invite you to use our twinning portal to go through the following steps:

Step 1 – Expression of Interest:

• If you are a GEF project looking for experience, please fill out the Twinning Request Form.
• If you are a Knowledge Donor (e.g., GEF project, Government/Regulatory body, International Organization, NGO/Non-profit Organization, Educational/Academic Institution, Private Sector), please fill out the Knowledge Donor Form.

The forms will allow you to specify the twinning program category (general/SIDS; iterative/ad-hoc) you’re interested in. Once completed, your twinning request form or knowledge donor form will appear on the website as part of the Partners database.

NOTE: If you have already identified a twinning partner, please indicate it on the form. If not, you will  be able to look for a Partner in the Partners database once the call for expression of interest (EOIs) is closed. You will be able to specify the Partner when submitting the twinning proposal in the next step.

Step 2 – Twinning Proposal:

You will be contacted by the IW:LEARN PCU with further information on submitting the twinning proposal. Note that the selection of EOIs that are invited to submit a twinning proposal is subject to approval by the IW:LEARN5 Steering Committee.
