[BCLME Programme II] Project Monitoring and Evaluation Framework

This stakeholder participation plan was developed for Implementation of the Benguela Current Large Marine Ecosystem Strategic Action Program for Restoring Depleted Fisheries and Reducing Coastal Resources Degradation Project (BCLME SAP IMP), which is a full-size Global Environment Facility (GEF) project currently in the Project Development Phase.
