OFM Midterm Project Review
The Pacific Islands Oceanic Fisheries Management Project (OFM Project) is required to monitor and evaluate in accordance with established UNDP and GEF procedures. A prescribed suite of evaluation and monitoring tools are set out in the Project Document. In addition to internal monitoring and evaluation processes, a series of independent evaluations are also required through contract using a balanced group of independent experts selected by UNDP in consultation with the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA). The first of the critical independent monitoring and evaluation events is the Mid-term review.
