The project would support the following specific waste management investments, technical assistance and capacity building activities at both provincial and city levels: (1)Wastewater Management in Guangzhou City, (2)Incentive-based Lending for Inter-Municipal Environmental Infrastructure in PRD Municipalities and Towns, (3)Solid Waste Management in Guangzhou City, (4)Water Quality Monitoring and Information Systems, and (5)Technical Assistance and Capacity Building
