[SWIOFP] The Southwest Indian Ocean Fisheries Project: GEF Concept Note

The SW Indian Ocean Fisheries Project (SIOFP) is one of three inter-linked projects in the international waters focal area being prepared by the World Bank and the UNDP in responce to country requests for assistance in better managing the living resources and habitat of their shared marine ecosystems.
