Ten PEMSEA participating countries met and agreed on a series of actions to be taken for the successful transformation of PEMSEA from a projectbased programme to a country-driven long-term regional implementing mechanism for the Sustainable Development Strategy for the Seas of East Asia (SDS-SEA).
